Services & Custom Work

    •    Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final once services have begun.

    •    No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed custom garments or alterations.

Digital Products

    •    All digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered or downloaded.

Clients are responsible for:

    •    Providing accurate measurements and information

    •    Attending scheduled fittings on time

    •    Supplying fabrics or garments in suitable condition

We are not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information or materials provided by the client.
