All clients must submit an inquiry form and receive approval before booking a consultation.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
A non-refundable consultation fee is required to secure your booking.

Cancel/Reschedule if sick:
If you have a sore throat, fever, or cough, please cancel or reschedule your appointment.
No Extra Guests: Only parents/legal guardians are allowed with minors. No children or additional guests permitted. No exceptions!

- 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- No-Call, No-Show**: Failure to show up without notice will result in being unable to book future consultations.
-Grace Period:
Clients have a 15-minute grace period until, the consultation fee is forfeited. No exceptions.
